Peace

Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

This quote spoke to me today. It made me take a moment to step into the shoes of my clients. During a divorce, there may be chaos all around. You may be restructuring your family and moving while trying to maintain your job and other responsibilities. These circumstances may cause you to experience fear and anxiety.

This quote really made me think about the true meaning of peace. In the midst of chaos, we must look inside ourselves to find it. Humans are built for survival and I believe we all have that peace within us.

While divorce is never really “easy” we hope mediation can help bring you more peace in your heart. Call us today to find out how.
