What Is In A Name

By Alternative Divorce Solutions

You may have noticed recently that we have had a name change. I am so excited about Alternative Divorce Solutions because it captures what sets us apart in this field of work. I created this business out of a desire to find alternatives to divorcing in court. After seeing the pain that it causes couples and children, I knew there had to be a better way. All of our solutions are tailor made. Some couples need one session and they are done with mediation. In that case, all that is left is for me to do the paperwork. Other couples have more complex situations and need five mediation sessions. Our goal is always to do only what is necessary for you so that you get excellent service and results.

For couples that need the involvement of a real estate agent, certified divorce financial Analyst, or neutral financial expert, we offer team mediation. I, as the mediator, work with each of the experts involved to help empower couples to make the best decisions so that they can move on with their lives.

You will not see all of these kinds of services in Orange County. We offer flat fee rates, you will always work with me, the attorney, and our aim is to keep you out of court. We proudly provide concierge services that address all of your needs during a divorce. Contact me for a free consultation to discover the difference that Alternative Divorce Solutions can make for your divorce.
